What makes the popcorn different from other popcorn?
It is designed by and for popcorn fans! It's air popped rather than bathed in oil. The popcorn we use for our products is non-GMO and contains no preservatives. We strive to use ingredients that people can pronounce. We are committed to delivering fresh, quality product that is delicious and innovative.
How long does the popcorn last?
As with all food, our product has a life span. Generally, we find that the savory flavors maintain their deliciousness for about a month. The sweet flavors maintain their deliciousness for about 6 weeks. That’s why we say "eat it now, we will make a fresh batch for later!"
My popcorn tastes a bit different? Is it stale?
No, it’s not stale. Our popcorn has a minimum one month shelf life. Fun fact: most of our popcorn is sold within days of being made! Even when you see us at a show the popcorn we’re selling was made that week. What you’re noticing is the difference between air popped popcorn and oil / sugar popped popcorn. When corn is popped in oil or sugar, it gets a crunchy texture either from being in oil or coated in sugar. We don’t use oil or sugar in the popping process - just hot air. Air popped popcorn has a naturally softer mouth feel which gives it a slightly different texture and taste. This also allows us to bring you all the cool flavors we have because we don’t need to compete with the taste of oil or sugar. We get to just focus on the flavor itself!
How much popcorn is in a bag?
Each bag contains approximately 4 cups per bag. We don’t guarantee that it is 4 cups on the dot but each bag should be close.
Do you ship your popcorn?
We do! Popcorn is usually shipped via USPS Priority. Shipping is $2.99 for as many bags as you want in a single order.
I love your popcorn and am having a large event where I want to have some. Do you accept custom orders?
Yep. Give us a call to chat. We ask that you give us at least 30 days’ notice of the event. You can confirm final numbers closer to the date of the event but giving us notice helps us with scheduling.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns but if you encounter a problem with your popcorn (other than hitting the bottom of the bag), let us know.
Do you have any gluten free options?
We do not specifically sell any of our products as gluten free as our popcorn is made in a facility that also makes products containing gluten. However, many of our savory flavors do not contain gluten. Examples include Cheddar Crazy, Italian and Pickle. If you have questions about a specific product, let us know.
Do any of your popcorn flavors contain any of the common food allergens?
Unfortunately, yes. Each bag of our popcorn has an ingredient label on it for this reason. Most of our flavors contain butter which contains milk although a few of our sweet flavors do not contain butter such as the Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter Crunch. This is a facility that uses peanut butter and various nuts. Only a few of our flavors contain peanut butter, pecans or other nuts but those flavors share equipment with some of our other flavors. In addition, some of our flavors have gluten such as the Cookies and Cream. If you have a food allergy and have a specific question, please reach out to us before enjoying any of our product.
